NI Measurement and Automation Explorer on your computer. This software will help you manage the devices that are connected to your computer that you want to interface with LabVIEW. Can you open this software and expand the "Devices and Interfaces" branch? I believe you should find something that says NI-IMAQdx devices. You should be able to find your USB camera there and test it to make sure that it is working. You will also be able to change the names of the cameras so that they will appear differently in LabVIEW.
